Coconut Apple Burfi



coconut apple burfiIngredients:

  • 1 cup grated fresh Coconut
  • 1 cup finely chopped Apple Pieces
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 sp Ghee

Preparation :

  • Heat a pan add grated coconut, sugar and stir well.
  • Cook over medium heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  • Cook it for 5 mins on medium flame and add apple pieces and stir.
  • Remove from fire when the mixture leaves the sides of the pan. 
  • Apply 1 sp ghee to a plate and spread the coconut apple mixture evenly.
  • Leave it for some time and cut it into desired pieces.
  • Yummy yummy sweet coconut apple burfi is ready to eat.
