Spicy Ragi Roti / Spicy Finger Millet Roti



Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Ragi Flour
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 sp Oil for greasing 
  • Enough Water

Preparation :

  • Grind onion, green chillies into a coarse paste and keep aside.
  • Take a bowl add ragi flour, salt, ground paste and mix well.
  • Add warm water and make a dough, the dough should be soft like chapathi dough..
  • Mix it well and divide the dough into balls.
  • Place a dough ball on greased plastic paper & press with the palm of your hand into a flat round.
  • Carefully put this in the hot tawa and cook well on both the sides on medium flame.
  • Now spicy ragi roti is ready to serve, serve with fresh sweet curd, add 1sp sugar to curd before serving.
