<li>Wash dal and keep aside, clean wash munagaku and strain.</li>
<li>Take munagaku into a steel bowl and add mango, tomato and green chilli pieces.</li>
<li>Pressure cook dal and munagaku mixture in a separate bowls.</li>
<li>When done remove the lid and mash the cooked munagaku mixture.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.</li>
<li>Once done add cooked dal, cooked munagaku and mix well.</li>
<li>Add turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and stir, let it cook for couple of mins.</li>
<li>Turn off the flame and transfer into a serving bowl, serve with rice or roti.</li>

<li>Pour enough water and make a thin batter without any lumps & keep aside for 10 mins.</li>
<li>Mix grated carrot, chopped onion, green chillies, fresh corinader leaves & keep aside.</li>
<li>Heat a tava and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.</li>
<li>Take a laddle full of batter & pour on the hot tava.</li>
<li>Now apply little oil around the edges of the dosa.</li>
<li>Sprinkle some carrot mix on the spread batter, press slightly with flipper & cook.</li>
<li>When the edges start browning, flip the dosa with flipper.</li>
<li>Now instant carrot dosa is ready to serve, serve with chutney or chutney powder.</li>

<li>Heat 1 sp oil in a pan add cumin seeds, red chillies and stir.</li>
<li>Then add grated coconut and fry for couple of mins and turn off the flame.</li>
<li>Let it cool for some time and grind into a coarse powder along with salt & keep aside.</li>
<li>Cut brinjals into 4 pieces without separating the stem.</li>
<li>Stuff the brinjals with this ground masala and keep aside.</li>
<li>Now heat oil in a pan and carefully place the stuffed brinjals side by side.</li>
<li>Cover with a flat plate and pour 1/2 cup of water on the plate.</li>
<li>Cook on medium heat, stir only once or twice.</li>
<li>Once the brinjals are soft then remove from the flame.</li>
<li>Now coconut stuffed brinjal curry is ready, transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot.</li>

<li>Heat oil in a frying pan, take a small lemon sized batter & drop into hot oil.</li>
<li>Fry them until golden brown in color, remove from the pan & drain them on a paper towel.</li>
<li>Now minapa bondalu are ready to serve, serve hot with chutney. </li>

<li>Heat tava, when it hot cook the roti on medium heat for 1 min only.</li>
<li>Hold the roti with tongs then remove the tava & put the roti directly on high flame.</li>
<li>Once the roti puffs like balloon now flip to another side & cook for few seconds.</li>
<li>Remove it from flame, apply little ghee and wrap it in a kitchen towel or in a bowl.</li>
<li>Repeat the process with all the balls, now pulks are ready to serve, serve with curry.</li>

<li>Once the water starts boiling, pour the wheat rava and stir well.</li>
<li>Cover with a lid and lower the heat, let it simmer till the upma is done.</li>
<li>Add ghee and turn off the heat & leave it for 2 or 3 mins with cover.</li>
<li>Veg godhuma rava upma is ready to serve, serve with chutney or chutney powder.</li>

<li>1 tomato chopped</li>
<li>5 or 6 Green Chillies</li>
<li>1/2 small lime size Tamarind</li>
<li>1 pinch Turmeric Powder</li>

<li>Wash and soak tamarind in little water and keep aside.</li>
<li>Grind above chutney ingredients into a coarse paste & remove from the jar.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.</li>
<li>Once done add ground chutney and stir well.</li>
<li>Cook on low flame for about 2 or 3 mins and turn off the flame.</li>
<li>Let it cool for some time and transfer into a serving bowl.</li>
<li>Now tomato kothimeera chutney is ready to serve, serve with rice and tiffins.</li>

<li>4 sp Sugar Powder</li>

<li>Remove the crusts off the bread slices and keep aside.</li>
<li>Combine all the stuffing ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.</li>
<li>Take water in a bowl and dip the bread slice in water.</li>
<li>Quickly take out and squeeze with the help of your palms.</li>
<li>Now place the kova mixture in the middle of the bread slice.</li>
<li>Now gently roll the bread slice to cover the stuffing completely.</li>
<li>Dip each of the slice in water, drain them and make a roll with kova.</li>
<li>Repeat the process for all the remaining slices and rest for 15 mins.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan and carefully drop them into hot oil.</li>
<li>Deep fry them until golden brown in color and remove from the pan.</li>
<li>Place on a paper towel and sprinkle sugar powder on the fried bread roll.</li>
<li>Now kova bread rolls are ready to serve.</li>

<li>Take wheat flour into a bowl and add above ingredients and mix well.</li>
<li>Add enough water and make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins with cover.</li>
<li>Divide the dough into lime size balls. Flatten one ball of the dough with your hand.</li>
<li>Sprinkle some flour and then roll it out into a thin chapati.</li>
<li>Heat a griddle, when it hot cook chapati on both sides with oil / ghee.</li>
<li>Now onion chapati is ready to serve, serve with chutney or fresh curd.</li>

<li>4 cups Milk</li>
<li>1/4 cup Sugar</li>
<li>Handful Thin Vermicilli</li>
<li>2 sp Falooda Seeds / Sabja Seeds</li>
<li>1 pinch Elaichi Powder</li>
<li>few chopped Dry Fruits</li>
</ul>

<span style="color: orange;">Preparation :</span></h2>
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>Wash the basil seeds under running water through a tea strainer.</li>
<li>Soak the sabja seeds in enough water for about 30 mins & keep aside.</li>
<li>In a bowl add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil add semiya and stir.</li>
<li>Cook vermicilli in the boiling water for about 5 to 6 mins and strain.</li>
<li>Heat milk in a nonstick pan to boil, keep stirring now and then.</li>
<li>Till it reduces to half its original quantity then add sugar and stir.</li>
<li>Stir it until the sugar dissolves in the milk, then add cooked semiya & mix well.</li>
<li>Lastly add elaichi powder, soaked & drained sabja seeds and turn off the flame.</li>
<li>Place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour before serving.</li>
<li>Yummy yummy falooda basundi is ready to serve, sprinkle chopped nuts on top and serve.</li>

<li>1/2 sp Chana Dal</li>
<li>1/2 sp Urad Dal</li>

<li>Wash, peel seema vankaya and cut into small pieces and keep aside.</li>
<li>Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.</li>
<li>When done add green chillies, onion, curry leaves and stir.</li>
<li>Fry them till they become transparent add chopped tomato pieces and mix well.</li>
<li>Cook on medium heat till tomatoes are soft then add chow chow pieces & stir well.</li>
<li>Add turmeric powder, salt and mix well. Sprinkle little water and cook with cover.</li>
<li>Once done add red chilli powder and stir, let it cook for one more min & turn off the heat.</li>
<li>Seema vankaya kura is ready, to serve, serve with rice and roti. </li>
