Thotakura Carrot Sabji
Ingredients :
- 2 cups chopped Thotakura
- 1 cup grated Carrot
- 1 big Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chillies chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 sp Coriander Powder
- Salt to tas
For Popu :
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/ sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 2 sp Oil
Preparation :
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- Add curry leaves, chopped onion, green chillies and stir.
- Now add chopped thotakura leaves and mix, cover and cook for 2 mins.
- Next add grated carrot, turmeric powder, salt & saute well.
- Cover and cook on low flame, keep on stirring continuously.
- Add coriander, red chilli powder and stir, let it cook until done.
- Thotakura carrot fry is ready to serve, serve with rice or chapathis.
