Jowar Flour Peanut Laddu / Jonna Pindi Palli Laddu




Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
  • 1 cup grated Jaggery
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
  • 1 sp Elaichi Powder
  • 2 or 3 tbsp Ghee

Preparation :

  • Grind groundnuts coarsely after removal of the skin & keep aside. 
  • Heat ghee in a pan add jowar flour and fry on medium flame.
  • Fry until light brown color and good aroma & remove from the pan.
  • Mix grated jaggery, fried jowar flour thoroughly and grind it in the mixer for 1min.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add elaichi powder, ground peanut powder.
  • Mix well with hand and take small portion of the mixture & shape into a ball. 
  • Now healthy jowar palli laddus are ready and store in an airtight container.
