Carrot Beans Masala Curry



carrot beans masala curry

Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup chopped Carrot pieces
  • 1/2 cup chopped Beans pieces
  • 1 Green Chilli chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Curry Leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

For masala :

  • fistful Fresh Coconut pieces
  • 1 inch Ginger piece
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • 1/2 sp Popy Seeds / Gasagasalu
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch Dalchani
  • 3 Cloves
  • 2 Elaichi

Preparation :

  • Wash and cook chopped carrot, beans along with salt and turmeric powder.
  • Grind above masala ingredients into a coarse powder and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan add red chilli, onion, green chilli, curry leaves and stir.
  • Fry them till they become transparent add cooked carrot mix & stir well.
  • Fry for 2 mins on medium flame then add ground masala and mix well.
  • Let it cook for couple of mins and remove from the flame.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with rice and roti.
