Pandu Mirapakaya Kothimeera Pachadi / Ripe Chilli Coriander Leaves Chutney
Ingredients :
- 10 to 12 Pandu Mirapakayalu
- lime size Tamarind
- 1/2 cup chopped Kothimeera
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
- 1/4 sp Methi Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- Salt to taste
- 2 sp Oil
Preparation :
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry for 2 mins.
- And add pandu mirapakayalu, tamarind, turmeric powder and stir.
- Sprinkle little water & stir, cover and cook for 2 or 3 mins on low flame.
- When the pandu mirchi are soft, then remove from the heat.
- Let it cool for some time and grind along with salt and corinder leaves.
- Grind all the ingredients together adding little water if necessary.
- Now pandu pirapakaya kothimeera pachadi is ready to serve, serve with rice or tiffins.
