Jowar Flour Peanut Laddu / Jonna Pindi Palli Laddu
- 1 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
- 1 cup grated Jaggery
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts
- 1 sp Elaichi Powder
- 2 or 3 tbsp Ghee
Preparation :
- Grind groundnuts coarsely after removal of the skin & keep aside.
- Heat ghee in a pan add jowar flour and fry on medium flame.
- Fry until light brown color and good aroma & remove from the pan.
- Mix grated jaggery, fried jowar flour thoroughly and grind it in the mixer for 1min.
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add elaichi powder, ground peanut powder.
- Mix well with hand and take small portion of the mixture & shape into a ball.
- Now healthy jowar palli laddus are ready and store in an airtight container.
