Mixed Flour Dosa
Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Wheat Flour / Godhuma Pindi
- 1/2 cup Bajra Flour / Sajja Pindi
- 1/2 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
- 1/2 cup Ragi Flour / Ragi Pindi
- enough Water
- Salt to taste
- Oil for Dosa
Preparation :
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil and mix thoroughly.
- Add enough water & make a thin batter without any lumps.
- Heat a tava and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
- Pour a ladle full of the batter on the tava, apply oil on the sides & cook.
- When edges start browning, it is almost done turn over & cook the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
- Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney .
