Onion Chapati
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Wheat Flour
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1/4 sp Cumin Seeds
- chopped Coriander Leaves
- Salt to taste
- 2 sp Oil for dough mixing
- 2 sp Wheat Flour for dusting
- 4 sp Oil / ghee for Chapati frying
Preparation :
- Take wheat flour into a bowl and add above ingredients and mix well.
- Add enough water and make a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 to 20 mins with cover.
- Divide the dough into lime size balls. Flatten one ball of the dough with your hand.
- Sprinkle some flour and then roll it out into a thin chapati.
- Heat a griddle, when it hot cook chapati on both sides with oil / ghee.
- Now onion chapati is ready to serve, serve with chutney or fresh curd.
