Gongura / Red Sorrel Leaves Roti Pachadi

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Gongura Leaves / Sorrel Leaves
  • 6  Green Chillies
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Method :

  • Wash and cook gongura and green chillies.
  • Grind green chillies with enough salt & turmeric powder.
  • Add cooked gongura and slightly press.
  • Next add and grind chopped onions slightly.
  • Transfer into a serving bowl.
  • Serve with steamed white rice or roties.
