Kobbari Kottimera Chutney / Coconut Coriander Leaves Chutney For Tiffins
Ingredients :
- 1 small cup grated Coconut
- 1 fistful Roasted Chana Dal
- 1 small cup chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 inch Tamarind Flake
- 6 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
For Popu :
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
- 1 sp Oil
Preparation :
- Grind above all ingredients into a smooth paste with enough water.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- When it done add this popu to ground chutney and mix well.
- Coriander kobbari chutney is ready to serve.
- Serve this chutney to all variety of tiffins.
