Pandu Mirapakaya Kothimeera Pachadi / Ripe Chilli Coriander Leaves Chutney

Ingredients :

  • 10 to 12 Pandu Mirapakayalu
  • lime size Tamarind
  • 1/2 cup chopped Kothimeera
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 sp Coriander Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Methi Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 sp Oil

Preparation :

  • Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry for 2 mins.
  • And add pandu mirapakayalu, tamarind, turmeric powder and stir.
  • Sprinkle little water & stir, cover and cook for 2 or 3 mins on low flame.
  • When the pandu mirchi are soft, then remove from the heat.
  • Let it cool for some time and grind along with salt and corinder leaves.
  • Grind all the ingredients together adding little water if necessary.
  • Now pandu pirapakaya kothimeera pachadi is ready to serve, serve with rice or tiffins.
