Ingredients :
- 1 cup Gongura Leaves / Sorrel Leaves
- 6 Green Chillies
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
Method :
- Wash and cook gongura and green chillies.
- Grind green chillies with enough salt & turmeric powder.
- Add cooked gongura and slightly press.
- Next add and grind chopped onions slightly.
- Transfer into a serving bowl.
- Serve with steamed white rice or roties.
