Palli, Roasted Chana Dal & Coconut Chutney

                               Palli, Putnala Pappu Chutney With Kobbari

Ingredients :

1/2 Cup Roasted Peanuts
1/2 Cup Veyinchina Senaga Pappu
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut (Pachi Kobbari)
4 Green Chillies
2" Tamarind flake
Salt to taste

For Popu :

1/2 sp Mustard seeds
1/4 sp Cumin seeds
1 Red Chilli crocked
Curry Leaves
2 sp Oil

Method :

  • Grind all ingredients into a paste with enough water.
  • Heat oil in a pan add popu & fry for 1min & add curry leaves.
  • Then add this popu to ground chutney & mix well.
  • Palli, putnala pappu & kobbari chutney is ready to serve.
  • Serve with idly and dosa.
