Beans Coconut Porial / Beans Kobbari Kura
Ingredients :
- 1 cup chopped Beans
- 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
- 1 inch Tamarind flake
- 2-3 sp grated Fresh Coconut
- 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
For Popu :
- 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry Leaves
Preparation :
- Wash and cut beans into small pieces.
- Pressure cook beans with salt, turmeric powder, tamarind and strain.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
- Add curry leaves, cooked beans and stir well.
- Add grated coconut, red chilli powder and mix well.
- Let it cook for couple of min on low-medium flame.
- Once done remove from fire and transfer into a serving bowl.
- Beans kobbari kura is ready to serve, serve hot with rice.
