Spicy Ragi Roti / Spicy Finger Millet Roti
Ingredients :
- 1 cup Ragi Flour
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 Green Chillies
- Salt to taste
- 2 sp Oil for greasing
- Enough Water
Preparation :
- Grind onion, green chillies into a coarse paste and keep aside.
- Take a bowl add ragi flour, salt, ground paste and mix well.
- Add warm water and make a dough, the dough should be soft like chapathi dough..
- Mix it well and divide the dough into balls.
- Place a dough ball on greased plastic paper & press with the palm of your hand into a flat round.
- Carefully put this in the hot tawa and cook well on both the sides on medium flame.
- Now spicy ragi roti is ready to serve, serve with fresh sweet curd, add 1sp sugar to curd before serving.
