Ingredients :
- 1/2 cup Chana Dal
- 1/4 cup Urad Dal
- 1 cup Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Seeds
- 2 tsp Methi Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Preparation :
- Dry roast above all ingredients, until they become golden brown in color.
- Transfer to a plate and let it cool for some time.
- Once done ground them into a fine powder and store in a airtight container.
