Cooked Alu Fry / Boiled Potato Fry



Ingredients :

  • 2 no Potatoes
  • 1/2 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
  • few Curry Leaves

Method :

  • Wash potatoes and cut into medium size pieces & cook.
  • When done strain the boiled pieces and remove the skin.
  • Just wrap them in a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the cooked alu pieces.
  • Remove the pieces from the pan and place them on a paper towel.
  • Now add salt, red chilli powder, fried curry leaves and mix well.
  • Now bangaladuma vepudu is ready to serve, serve with sambar.
