Beans Coconut Porial / Beans Kobbari Kura

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup chopped Beans
  • 1 pinch Turmeric Powder
  • 1 inch Tamarind flake
  • 2-3 sp grated Fresh Coconut
  • 1 sp Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt to taste

For Popu :

  • 1/2 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/2 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry Leaves

Preparation :

    • Wash and cut beans into small pieces.
    • Pressure cook beans with salt, turmeric powder, tamarind and strain.
    • Heat oil in a pan add popu ingredients and fry.
    • Add curry leaves, cooked beans and stir well.
    • Add grated coconut, red chilli powder and mix well.
    • Let it cook for couple of min on low-medium flame.
    • Once done remove from fire and transfer into a serving bowl.
    • Beans kobbari kura is ready to serve, serve hot with rice.
