Poha Suji Coconut Laddu / Atukulu Rava Kobbari Laddu

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup Poha / Beaten Rice
  • 1 cup Semolina
  • 1 cup fresh Coconut
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pinch Elaichi Powder
  • Little hot Milk

Preparation :

  • Heat a pan add poha and fry for about 2 mins on low flame.
  • Then add suji and fry the mixture until it turns light brown.
  • Remove from the pan, in the same pan and add grated coconut and stir.
  • Continue frying until the coconut is light brown in color and turn off the flame.
  • Grind poha mixture into a coarse powder, grind sugar also into a fine powder.
  • Combine ground powders, fried coconut in a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Add enough hot milk and mix well, prepare small laddus from the mixture.
  • Now poha suji coconut laddus are ready to eat.
