Mixed Flour Dosa




Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flour / Godhuma Pindi
  • 1/2 cup Bajra Flour / Sajja Pindi
  • 1/2 cup Jowar Flour / Jonna Pindi
  • 1/2 cup Ragi Flour / Ragi Pindi
  • enough Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Dosa

Preparation :

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil and mix thoroughly.
  • Add enough water & make a thin batter without any lumps.
  • Heat a tava and grease it with oil before pouring the batter.
  • Pour a ladle full of the batter on the tava, apply oil on the sides & cook.
  • When edges start browning, it is almost done turn over & cook the other side.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter to make more dosas.
  • Now mixed flour dosa is ready to serve, serve hot with any chutney .
