Mixed Vegetable Curry
Ingredients :
- 1 no Carrot
- 1 no Radish
- 5 nos Beans
- 1 pinch Turmeric powder
- 11/2 sp Curry powder
- Salt
For Seasoning :
- 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
- 1/4 sp Urad Dal
- 1 Red Chilli crocked
- Curry leaves
- 2 sp Oil
Preparation :
- Wash and peel carrot, radish & cut into small pieces.
- Beens also cut into small pieces & keep aside.
- Pressure cook all vegetables with enough salt & turmeric powder.
- Let the cooker cool remove the lid & drain.
- Heat oil in a pan add popu, when they splutter add cooked vegetables, curry leaves & stir.
- Add curry powder and stir well, fry for few mins with lid.
- Turn off the heat & transfer into a serving bowl.
- Mixed vegetable curry is ready to serve.
