Mixed Vegetable Curry



                                   mixed veg curry                                      

Ingredients :

  • 1 no Carrot
  • 1 no Radish
  • 5 nos Beans
  • 1 pinch Turmeric powder
  • 11/2 sp Curry powder
  • Salt

For Seasoning :

  • 1/4 sp Mustard Seeds
  • 1/4 sp Urad Dal
  • 1 Red Chilli crocked
  • Curry leaves
  • 2 sp Oil

Preparation :

  • Wash and peel carrot, radish  & cut into small pieces.
  • Beens also cut into small pieces & keep aside.
  • Pressure cook all vegetables with enough salt & turmeric powder.
  • Let the cooker cool remove the lid & drain.
  • Heat oil in a pan add popu, when they splutter add cooked vegetables, curry leaves & stir.
  • Add curry powder and stir well, fry for few mins with lid.
  • Turn off the heat & transfer into a serving bowl.
  • Mixed vegetable curry is ready to serve.
